Description: Suku Batak is yet another completely sun-dried coffee, also grown around Lake Toba in the Lintongnihuta area to the south and Seribu Dolok area to the east. It is a double picked preparation with a little wider classification.
We roast this Sumatra slightly on the lighter side to highlight its Volcanic rich tasting notes which is synonymous with Sumatra & Indonisia a whole. A unique tobacco & tea like note is evident. A beautiful winter time & early morning coffee.
