Description: Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee & considered some of the best coffee in the world. The Yirgacheffe region is by far its most recognized coffee growing ard is located in southern Ethiopia, It's known for its high altitude grown coffee typically growing 2000 meters above sea level ( MASL ). Ethiopian coffees are lighter and cleaner on the palate and it's known for its berry & fruit forward character with an almost tea-like delicacy.
