Description:
El Salvador Coffee - Santa Ana
Some of El Salvador’s best coffee is produced in the Santa Ana Region. The volcanic soil in this region is ideal growing conditions for high-quality SHG ( Strictly High Grown ) coffee.
This coffee comes by way of small producers that encompass the mountainous slopes of Santa Ana. These Farmers grow two of El Salvador’s most popular varieties in the specialty coffee industry, Bourbon & Pacas. Tasting notes include cocoa, dried fruit, and a nuttiness that is synonymous with Central America. We're sure you'll enjoy the well balanced medium body & acidity in every cup!
