About the Coffee
Grown and harvested in Huila, Colombia,this coffee's origin is located not far from the Nevado de Huila volcano–. The soil is rich with minerals, and the microclimate is perfect for perfect, complex coffee. The producers use Traditional hand-cranked machines to de-pulp the bean’s cherry, and raised beds dry the coffee evenly. The beans are then expertly handled at every processing stage to ensure excellence & the best product possible.
