Description: This Ethiopia natural comes from the Gute kebele in Sidamo, Ethiopia, where farmers cultivate coffee at elevations above 1,800 meters. The washing station, managed by Yednekachew Selish, supports 480 local producers. After harvest, the cherries are Sun dried on raised beds for over two weeks to achieve ideal moisture.
Ethiopian naturals are an excellent option for those seeking a fruit-forward alternative to Brazil in their blends. This coffee will deliver just that with flavors of dark chocolate, graham cracker, stone fruit and lemon.
