Dixeebe pronounced ( Deej - bay ) is a sacred word in the native language of Zapotec meaning Love, Honor & Gratitude, It's a far more meaningful word than "Salud" and used before your first sip. The people of Oaxaca take incredible pride & have tremendous gratitude for the land they harvest as it gives them the ability to appreciate the life they have. Oaxaca offers an amazing coffee due to the rich soil and hard working people of the area that take great care in nurturing & cultivating the harvest.
